Application Help
The primary learning resource that supports users throughout their daily work—layered concepts, tasks, and reference.

I design application help as the primary learning resource that supports users throughout their daily work with the product. Its goal is not only to explain how to perform tasks, but also to help users understand the underlying concepts, relationships, and constraints of the system so they can work confidently in complex scenarios.
The content is structured in layers: key concepts establish a shared mental model, step-by-step tasks guide users through common and critical operations, and reference sections provide detailed information for parameters, rules, statuses, and system behaviors. I use a combination of concise text, diagrams, tables, and examples to match different learning needs and technical backgrounds.
Because the application itself supports advanced, configurable workflows, I pay particular attention to clarity, consistency, and decision points that may affect runtime behavior or production stability. Application help is designed to be consulted repeatedly—not just once—serving as a reliable companion as users design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot their processes over time.
