What's New
A clear, scannable, filterable overview of what changed in each release—the primary entry point after an upgrade.

I work on “What’s New” content as a primary entry point for users when a new product version is released. It is often the first place users check to understand what has changed and how those changes may affect their daily work, integrations, or upgrade decisions.
My focus is on presenting a clear, scannable overview of updates, including new functional features, newly introduced APIs, deprecated features and applications, and their recommended replacements. Each entry is written to be concise and factual, helping users quickly assess relevance without reading full documentation upfront.
To support efficient discovery, I help structure “What’s New” as a filterable dataset rather than a static document. Users can narrow down changes by release version, solution capability, category, and application, allowing them to quickly find what matters to their role. This approach balances completeness with usability and helps users move smoothly from high-level awareness to detailed documentation when needed.
